    C2 FRT FENDER WIRE HARNESS CLIP

    It appears from the assembly manual that the wire harness clips on the front of the inner fenders (one on each side) are attached with flat head rivets inserted from the inside, with a washer on the clip side. Is this correct?

          I'm working on a '67, but I would imagine it would be the same installation for all C2 cars.

              I assume that you are talking about the one on the front, behind the grille opening near the park lamp wire connector. The answer for your application is yes. You may find 63s with the clip glued on.
