Re: big block radiator
Chris:
Tom DeWitt is the undisputed king of Corvette restoration radiators, and reservior tanks. Since your '67 unit is copper and brass, then it is possible to remove the tanks, rod out the core, reinstall, check for leaks, and solder any problem areas. I don't know the condition of your unit, but if it is original, I would probably have it recored. Any good radiator shop can do this. DeWitt's has restoration cores available for $289, and they can certainly recore yours if you send it to them.

Re: big block radiator
I bought a brand new factory correct big block core from DeWitts and my freshly rebuilt engine idled for one hour without a trace of overheating. I am pleased. I did ask them if they could add my side tanks and they said that presently they were not offering that service but I know they have in the past.
I took my new DeWitt core to a local radiator shop, they soldered my side tanks to the new core, I painted it and it looks and works perfect. Based on my experience with DeWitt, I would recommend them.
