    Side window removal C-2

I am removing the passenger side window on my 63 convertible. The rear bolt holding the window to the frame is rusted. I have sprayed it twice with PB penitrating spray. I have been patiently working on this for a couple of days to allow the lube to penitrate. Does any one have a suggestion on how to remove this bolt. I think these bolts are made of aluminum. The drivers side was easy to remove. But the old bolts seemed a little brittle and I am concerned about breaking the bolt or the track.

Also one other question on the door work. What is the material that is used to replace the old black caulk used on everything attached to the door? Where can I get a replacement material.

    Thanks for any assistance.

Bob, The black caulk is what's known as "strip caulk" and it's available anywhere body shop supplies are sold or most likely even Auto Zone. It's made by 3M and sometimes called "dum-dum". Don

Sorry I wasn't more clear. The part I am talking about is called Upper window regulator roller track. There are two bolts holding the window onto this track. By removing these bolts the window can be lifted out of the door assembly. The rear bolt is frozen.
