OK I've got a small picture of a Moser in front of me - the valve, er cam covers have two large distinct humps running the full length suggesting DOHC but there is a single large sprocket suggesting SOHC - If you really want - I could scan it in. The caption (from teh back of an old 'How to Hot Rod SBs' book) says "Moser overhead cammed small block Chevy as featured in August, 1971 issue of Hotrod Magazine"
I have to say between teh heads, the valve covers and the 8 individual air horns - there's not much left of the block - it's literally dwarfed. I suspect this would simply not easily package in a lot of cars even if they could accomodate a rat motor.
