C2 NOS and Reproduction Parking Lamp Differences?

Gentlemen, On eBay is pair of NOS 63-67 GM #91552 Parking Lamps, item #2443799417. In his description he states NOS and reproduction assemblies can be distinguished by the color of the wire harness and thickness of the chrome bezel. Is that correct or just another eBay sales pitch? I have never noticed a difference, except for the lamp to body gasket material. I also believe that Trim Parts is reproducing them from original molds. TIA. Dave

My spies lead me to believe that Santa Claus has a pair of the new Trim Parts parking lamp assemblies in a box for me, but I haven't seen them yet (and better not sneak a peek ); I would expect anything that comes from Trim Parts to be spot-on. I installed a full set of their taillights a few months ago, and they're outstanding.

Dave, It's interesting that the years cover 63-67. Lectric Limited makes separate extensions for 63-66 and 67. Did they know something? Their 63-66 version has black wires in place of the white wires shown in the picture on eBay. My 64 has white and the 64 AIM shows W, DBL, PPL. Dixon

Repops sometimes have a white label on the wire harness, and the way the black outer plastic covering is heat sealed around the wires would mean it is a repop
