'58, Passenger hood release cable.

Having repaired several damaged areas on the firewall (ex-racer), 245 HP, SN 8490, I apparently have glassed over the thru hole location for the pass. side hood release cable. Could someone give me the location with two approximate reference diminsion point. Thanks

Terry: if car apart(no firewall insullation attached) look on cockpit side of firewall for glassed over area. Otherwise , wait till a 58 owner responds to your post. good luck, mike

Unfortunately, I have the firewall insulation and all the heater stuff installed. I'ved pulled as much as I can without taking things apart. I don't know where to look.
