    NCRS JUDGING OPTIONS

I have a convertible with just three options one is the hardtop. Do I have to have the hard top on the car for flight judging? The top is in fine condition , however; I do not like the car as well with the hard top in place.
Secondly, the car also has a luggage rack which was added by the dealer I understand this will be a deduction, is this correct? Your comments would be appreciated.
