I've got several small (very small) nicks in my 73's windshield. The local glass shop won't take on the job of removing them because of their small size. However, I keep getting deducts for them. Is there anything on the market that would help conceal these little eye sores ? Thanks, Tim

Eastwood catalog shows some polishing and repairing kits for windshields. Could be useful. Best from Argentina, Roberto NCRS #30019 RMC- Top

Re: Windshield Pits
Sadly, I've seen nothing (even polishing) that REALLY helps here. You're on the horns of a dilema -- originality vs. condition tradeoff. About the best you can do is get the glass real clean and lay on a coat of Rain-X. It will fill small pit, but it's temporary and imperfect, at best....- Top
