GM# 3872452 or 14101339 link kit?

I tried to order what I thought was the proper front sway bar link kit from GM for a 66 using #14101339. About an hour later my GM parts dealer called back to tell me that I should be using #38725452 which is about double the price. Any ideas on which of these is correct and includes the grommets etc... ? Does GM still offer the mounting hardware for the U brackets as well?

Your GM dealer's parts department is incorrect. GM #14101339 is the correct part number for the FRONT stabilizer bar link kit.

GM #3872452 is the part number for the REAR stabilizer link kit used for 65-74 big blocks and 75-82 with FE-7 HD suspension.
