    67 ALUMINUM INTAKE OVERSPRAY JUDGING

With regard to point deductions during judging, will no overspray on an aluminum intake manifold definately result in a deduction, whereas an attempt to duplicate the overspray will not?

Rob - I am no judge but I would say yes from the meets I have attended. The factory used a plastic mask, that didn't seal well, and while the overspray vaired, there is always some. Don't make it look like you wish it should, with all the detail you have obviously been going to during your restoration. I assume you are talking about your BB 67 here....Craig
