'67 rear caliper steel brake lines

I am trying to install the steel rear caliper brake lines in my '67. They don't seem to fit very well. Neither end will connect unless I bend them quite a bit, let alone both ends fitting. Do these normally require quite a bit of bending to fit in place and connect properly at both ends. You would think they would be pre-bent correctly. They are from Classic Tube.

Some of the vendors' lines are not bent real close to original. Gentle persuasion usually will take care of the mis-alignment.

I took the rear stabilizer bracket off and did some minor bending, and they fit fine now....Thanks
