Rob.... Off the present subject, but I noticed in some of your photos that you have a "rubber" fuel line with a filter attached.. You should change this to a
"hard" fuel line with filter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is a FIRE hazard..Work is progressing nicely. Regards. Jerry.
Thanks for telling. I was going to do this next year when I'm planning to fit the original Carter carburator but I'll now plan this earlier. I'm not driving during the winter so I should replace this before the next spring.
impossible to trace (Dave Ferguson, 53-5 NCRS Team Leader, owns a 1955 that was delivered new in Belgium) within GM. You might try GM of Europe at their Brussels office. I do not know the source, but the 1960 Camoradi Corvette had a red decal in KPH placed over the dial by one of its swedish owners.
