My '67 VIN 194377S121064. Looking for owners of '67 Coupes in this VIN number range to verify build date and any other information that you may have about your vehicles. My car has no build sheet etc. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Greg Lantz

Re: Attention '67 Coupe Owners
The body build date of your car can be determined by looking at the trim tag located under your glove box. In the upper left corner on that tag will be a alpha character with either one or two digits following it. That is your body build date. The actual day your car was completed will very from that date depending on the source of your body, that variance can be quite large. Bodies were built in two locations during 1967 production, St. Louis, MO. and Ionia, MI. Your body source can be determined by the Body number also located on your tag, Sxxxx where x is a number will indicate St. Louis built body, A-xxxx where x is a number will indicate an alternate source body which was Ionia, MI. NCRS has several books available that deal with these issues. The Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide for 1967, Volume one of the Corvette Specification Guide and there is a Corvette Birthday book also available from NCRTS that will give an approximation of the final assembly date.

Re: Attention '67 Coupe Owners
Roy, Thank you for your response. I am familiar with the trim tag and have the Third Edition of NCRS 1967 Tech and Judging Guide. What I am hoping for is finding someone with VIN number 194377S121063 or 65 etc that may know the exact date of assembly of their Vette, Original engine data etc. This may help me with data on my car. Again, thanks, Greg Lantz- Top
