Found some more info on my '59-er

I've found via the DMV in Ohio some additional info on my car (see https://www.dps.state.oh.us/atps/titleinq.asp?id=J59S109573&propid=V)

The DMV is not willing to give me any additional info due to privacy reasons and ProTeam is not responding on our mail. Anybody any idea how I can get further in my quest for reveiling the history of our car ?

Sorry, you have to select Search by Identification Number and fill in the VIN J59S109573 to get the result on the previously mentioned page...

Nice find Rob! Does anyone know if there is a page like this for Michigan? Or can anyone provide any help on tracking down info on cars that were titled in Michigan?

Try http://dmv.org/index.php Enter your Zip and it will connect you with your state's online resource, if any.

That URL is a private org - real list of State DMV

Use this one instead:

http://www.autoexchange.net/dmv

It is also private, but the list on this page is to the actual state DMV web sites unlike the dmv.org one that is sending you off to CarFax, and a host of other Internet businesses.
