Rephrasing an earlier question: Since the fiberglass rad shroud, which starts as three pieces, was bonded into one by the factory, can it be removed from the car as one piece easily? Does the radiator have to come out with it? This is a 67 327 small block. Mine is currently in three pieces and before I glue it together I wanted to see what y'all think.

Re: Can radiator shroud be removed as one piece?
Yes,
I was able to remove without removing hood or tilting radiator support. I have a 66 327/300. Remove fan, alternator belt and water pump pulley and of course hoses. Radiator and shrould have to be removed (and installed) as a unit. The critical obstruction will be at the drivers side A arm and the radiator shround. It's a tight fit but with some tilting and it can be done. As I recall it helps if a friend is working the other side.- Top
