Don't know what you call them but is there any way to return the original white color to the plastic blocks that the hoses connect to for the windshield and headlight washers on a 69?

The only way that I know of is to replace them. The cover assembly of the pump is readily available in reproduction, although it's a bit "whiter" than the originals (originals were a slight off-whie to begin with). The piston assembly (i.e. the part which the cover attaches to with 4 screws and which can be seen on the upper edges) is not available in reproduction or from GM.
The solenoid assembly on the driver's side and from which the headlight washer tubes originate also has some "white" plastic parts. These cannot be replaced or restored as to color. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: Wiper hose thingy restoration
I read an item (CRPL list?) where a person stated they had used something like oven cleaner and it had worked well. Obviously one wouldn't want to leave something like this on for long, but it seems to make sense that the discoloration would seem to not go that deep. It's not a top priority, but it is something I've been wanting to try on some sacrificial parts of a similar material. I could certainly see the resulting texture being a concern. Just thought I'd throw the thought out ...

As rare and hard to find these parts, I would be extremely reluctant to use something as strong as oven cleaner. Plastic can be very fickle. I have seen several items destroyed by strong cleaners. Looked good after cleaning, then some time later started crumbling. Be careful.Dick Whittington- Top
