I connected the red to the BAT terminal, and the 2 push on connectors underneath. That leaves 2 black, 1 side terminal and one circular. I think the circular grounds to the radiator support, does the black side terminal go to the unmarked screw terminal on the relay?

Re: '67 HORN RELAY WIRING
Horn relay is straight forward. The cover is annotated so it defines the relay's terminal functions even if the cover is installed on a relay backwards...
One side has an 'H' emboss and the bottom terminal directly below that emboss is the lead that supplies switched power to the horn(s). The other side of the cover has an 'S' emboss to indicate the terminal directly below is the lead that runs to the horn Switch (contact closure to ground). The remaining bottom terminal (not defined by the cover) is the power or B+ lead for the relay. The mounting tab is the relay's ground terminal.
Those that have side connectors simply provide an engine compartment power bus for under the hood auxiliary items (alternator, A/C, Etc.). Later (Shark era) other 'goodies' get stuffed inside the horn relay (key warning buzzer, Etc.) and there are additional bottom side terminals to contend with.
Also, Delco Remy adopted a convention for numbering relay terminals and if you carefully inspect the bottom side of a relay, you'll see '1' '2' '3' emboss marks adjacent to the slide terminals. But, the emboss in the cover tells you the same info in abbreviated English IF you recognize the mounting tab is ground and the unlabeled lower terminal is the relay's power lead.- Top
