'67 TI GROUND WIRE @ RADIATOR SUPPORT

I disscarded my original radiator support in favor of a nicer one. I didn't mark the location of the hole where the ground wire of the TI wiring is attached. I have the assembly manual, and I think the existing hole they are referring to for drilling the new one for the TI ground is the horn relay attaching hole. Is this correct?

Rob -- as no one has come forward after this many hours, let me offer that the "existing hole" refered to on AIM sheet K66-A2 is actually the upper rad shroud hole in the support. I think the horn relay hole(s) are almost 2" above the support shrould hole.

    Caveat: I don't own a '67 TI.

if i remember correctly the TI black ground wire get bolted to the amp. make sure there is no paint on the amp where the ground wire goes. this may not be NCRS correct but since the fiberglass the amp bolts to keeps compressing and you lose good contact i always used longer bolts, and put nuts and star washers on the back side of the amp and them bolted it thru the fiberglass using lock nuts. i also put a little silicone grease on the spot where the ground wire bolts to the case to prevent corrosion since there is no paint on the aluminum amp case
