    '67 HEADLIGHT MOTOR DIRECTION

After installing a new engine compartment wiring harness, the left headlight rotates the opposite direction of the switch, while the right one operates correctly. It looks like the wiring connection to the motor can only be hooked up one way. Any suggestions?

Check the plug and associated wiring on the new harness. Make sure the same wire colors go to the same pin location on each motor. Probably the one on the left motor has the leads/colors reversed. You'll need to unclip the wires and connectors from the plastic holder and reverse them. Typically there is a small tang in the holder that needs to be released using a very small screwdriver or a paper clip to get the wire and clip out of the holder Check it against your old harness.
