I am confused and hoping that one of you with a 67 SB car might be able to help. I have been working on my front and have had the rad support, shroud, and radiator off the car. While researching parts I noticed that my car doesn't have the little brackets on the lower front end that attach to the same bolts as the two support rods that go from the lower rad support to the underside of the headlight area. My 67 assembly manual shows them, but I don't see how they would possibly fit as the manual shows. I noticed in photos in my copy of Noland Adams book that 63-65's seemed to have these brackets as they can be seen in photos of the underside of the car. There is a small screw that goes through the fiberglass of the lower front end into these small brackets. Basically, is my car supposed to have these little brackets, and if so, how and where do they mount???
Thanks!
