    New to this Game!

I just Recently bought a couple of 63 Split Window Corvettes, Know absolutely nothing about them, so I figured I would try and meet some people who did.

              Drew,

Ditto on what everyone else stated above.

I also have a '63 coupe which I have finished restoring last summer except for the "guts" in the doors. It was a great five years of work and learning (I am not done with the learning part yet).

Aside form all of the things that I learned, there is one important thing that I try to remember when dealing with parts and processes. Although they are all labeled as mid-years, the '63 had a lot of 'one-year' only parts. So, be careful and knowledgeable of what you do and buy.

              Good luck and have fun!

              Gary

                Re: New to this Game!

Welcome. I purchased my '63 split window in December and will begin restoration process in the spring.

Right now I'm just purchasing parts that I know need to be replaced to make it original and tracking down history of the car.
