'67 BB OIL PRESSURE LINE MATERIAL

I received a new oil pressure line today from Paragon. It's copper plated, steel...is this correct?

Is this now also correct for teh 66 427/425 ??? The JM I have says steel. I was actually dinged for not having copper plated even though the JM said nothing of copper plating. Is the 66 JM going to be corrected ??

Ok, I guess I'm confused on this. I always thought 66-67 BB oil lines were unplated steel. I just looked at my 66 425 HP car and it's original line looks like unplated steel. It was a little difficult to tell on the underhood portion as it amost had a copper color look but the under dash section is still bright and shinny steel with no sign of copper plate. Could it be that 67 was actually plated but 66 was not???

all of my 66 and 67 427's have non-copper coated steel oil pressure lines. mike
