    Bob: although i haven't seen any c-60 battery access panels as you describe yours, since you removed the original battery, i'd leave it like it is and take the deduction, assuming its a minor(and should be) deduction.mike

      It was minor and after further looking at it, it looks like the template to cut the access panel opening must have slipped prior to drilling the holes for the two holes to the outside and someone corrected it by relocating these holes in the access panel. I would have thought the panels would be delivered with the T nuts already riveted but must have put them on on the line. Thanks for the feedback.
