Most of the major catalog houses (Corvette Central, Mid America, Long Island) list instrument restoration among their parts & services. Too, you'll find NCRS folks advertizing such in your copy of the club's bi-monthly magazine, "Restorer".
If gauge is cosmetically OK and you simply want to get it working, try your local yellow pages under AC-Delco or United Delco. Many of these independent shops from coast to coast do excellent work in the area of GM electrical, speedometer, and radio service.... -
