    3820643N is on both the early and late style 1963 rear spindle housings. I have photos and will put them up next week on www.midvette.homestead.com

      OK, then the casting number for the 63-only spindle supports was the same as those for 64-74. Apparently, this casting was revised after the 1963 model year to add the webbing between the forks and no change of casting number occurred.
