    PF25

Hi, I have a 1969 350/350. I believe the PF 25 that came on the car as delivered was white. My question is: Did the bottom of the the filter have embossing or was it plain? What are the applications for the white PF25 with embossing? And what is the application for the white PF25 without embossing? Thanks Bob

    Re: PF25

    Bob,
This has been the subject of some controversey and good discussion. I believe the BEST WAY...... embossed filters were used in at least late 68, 69 and maybe early 70. Early 68 applications seem to be PF-29 as discovered on this board. The question is the change from embossed to unembossed PF-25's and just when it happened. Was it early 70, 71 or even 72 as some believe ???????. In any event I think most will tell you all of 69 certainally had the embossed PF-25.
