I have the build sheet from my '74 Coupe, but hardly any information is ledgeable. Out of the entire document, only 3 numbers are ledgable. It might be the original, but it doesn't tell you much. Has anyone had any experience with or can you direct me to someone who's familar with document restoration.

Ray: Go to the Michigan Chapter site (click below) and look at the list of "other stuff". I think there is a link to a discussion of paper restoration - Look for yankee lady and click on that.

If you are located in a larger Metropolitan area, try your local muesuem or library. They will be able to direct you to an expert in paper restoration/conservation. This has been successful for me many times.Comment

You can also try scanning what you have and enhancing/manipulating the image with software such as adobe.Comment

I appreciate the reference to the Corvette Library (Yankee Lady) web site, interesting reading and a good source for what I was looking for on restoration and preservation of original build sheets.
