C1 part needed

I am looking for a source for a 57 door latch part. I'm not sure what other years might work

The inside door knob pulls a rod that hooks to a small "bell crank" near the back edge inside the door. The bell crank then releases the door latch.

I am looking for the bell crank for the drivers door.

I have tried Mary Jo with no luck.

Please look in your extra part box.

verle: is you belcrank damaged or missing? a damaged one is usually repairable. missing one--- 56 to 62 latch assemblies should work for you. mike

The part is missing.

As a last resort I will use the passenger side part as a pattern to make one. I was hoping to find one.

I got my missing rods from Tom @ Corvette Specialty Center in Walden NY. He had a small box with lots of assorted pcs. 1-800-662-8388.
