Anyone know of any sources out there for code-stamped NOS keys that maybe charge less than $240 for set of four (two pair)???

Charlie, I had a set made for less than $40.00. I had the code stamped into the knock outs on the correct keys. Can't remember where I got his name but I did have to have the keys cut. If you send him the key that works on you car, he will cut them for you. (I didn't know that then) His name is: Pats locks LTD.

Check your local Chevy dealers. More than likely one will have them. Cost $1 buck.
