I was looking at a dealer's ad for an LT-1 and it stated it had an LT-1 survey result form. What is that?

Re: LT-1 Survey
Hi Bob, Welcome to the NCRS! It looks like you joined fairly recently- hope you've been impressed by what you've seen so far.
There have been several LT-1 surveys undertaken by NCRS members over the years with results published in the Corvette Restorer Magazine. I'd guess that the seller is referring to one of those surveys.
A searchable index of almost all Corvette Restorer articles is available on-line. I believe that the LT-1 surveys were placed under the "Engine" or "Engine Code" topic. You'll find them..- Top

Re: LT-1 Survey
I believe General Motors offered a survey to hi performance car owners. For example L88 and L89 L84, etc. I live in St Louis, where the the old plant used to be and have contacts that are still with GM locally, and they acknowledge that GM did this. Also , the survey is used to show that the car is not a "made up car" but rather an original highperformance car. Don't let this be the deciding factor, check all the numbers and history. Also eric is also correct about the NCRS surveys. Good luck and hope I helped.- Top
