1967 Mark of Excellence Decal placement

Hello All - Can someone please tell me exactly where the two GM Mark of Excellence stickers are supposed to go on the driver's and passenger's doors? The judging manual just says they are supposed to be there, but not exactly where.

    Thanks!

      Ken,
My mid-production run '67 AO Smith body Corvette (unrestored door jambs) has the Mark of Excellence stickers both approximately centered over the door latch upper screws, the left one measures about 3/16" above the screw and the right one measures about 1/16" above the screw to the bottom edge of the stickers. Both stickers are placed pretty much square with the ground with no dicernable cant. Hope this helps.

Nice glue Tom. Nobody restores them like that.

But if you wanted to restore them like that, 3M has the weatherstrip glue in a can with a brush. Sure looks better than "yellow death" out of a tube
