C1- Complete Fiberglass Front End Replacement

I recently purchased a Sermershiem's (Evansville, Indiana) front end for a '59. This is a complete press-molded front end, composed of about 34 individual pieces of fiberglass that are all bonded together and "ready" to install. It certainly looks "correct" but I also know there will be many "snags" along the way

The thing did not come with "installation instructions" (as normal). I'd like to hear from anyone who has had experience with installing this unit. Things like "watchout for this...." or "Whatever you do, don't do this......" or "Cut it here....."

In other words, I need some definate advice before I tackle this one!

Put it in the SUN and leave as long as you can. If you have windshield washers check another car for placement of the washer nozzle before drilling holes.
