C4 production data database

Hi Guys,
Yea, I'm still looking for the "right" '88 or '89 and thought I'd ask a question I think I already know the answer to. It would be really great if a person could search a database of C4 cars by year, color, interior, and any other combination of options and get a result that gives the VIN and original selling dealer. Does anything like this exist?

I would check with the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green.

Tony for a few more thousand you could get a strong performer 96 LT4 listed on the Corvette Forum C-4 for sale board. Appears to be a trade in on one of the C-5's that are selling for a very good discount and $3K rebate with the new car dealership. The LT4's all came with 6-speeds and only way to get a 6-speed was to option for the LT4 in 1996. I even have the thought under condsideration to sell my original owner 96 LT4 to get a very good deal on a ZO6.
Like the previous post mentions, with a credit card and VIN you can buy the "factory window sticker" information that was donated by the Corvette factory to the Bowling Green Corvette Museum.
