I found a prestine holley in my stuff when I moved. I have probably had it in a bag for 20 years and it looks brand new. The air horn says: 3959164-GE list 4346 054. Thank you for your help.

Check out this site, http://www.holisticpage.com/camaro/parts/carb.htm ,
it shows the part number. Your model number is transposed. This may help.

The link provided by mark says that this is a 69 425 horse copo. What the heck had 425 horse copo in 1969? I think I got the carb from a guy with a 69 427 vette. How could I find out what copo? Any Ideas?

The 4346 Holley was std. equip. on 69 SS 396 ( 375hp SHP ) Camaros, Chevelles,
Novas. Yes, the 4346 was also used on all COPO 427 applications for these
same cars. Furthermore, it was also used on the 427/425hp fullsize cars
like Impala.
It's worth a good penny on the "bay" if it's pristine. Hope that helps!
