Santeen Silver cove on 61?

Does anyone know if GM put a Santeen Silver cove on a Roman Red 61 Vette? My father says he's seen them, but the NCRS book says no.

no such exterior color combo left st. louis during the 61 model production run but i'm sure the cars weren't off the showroom floors very long before the owners repainted coves. silver/red would be an attractive combo but it'll be a costly judging mistake. good luck, mike
