I think that you're reading the numbers incorrectly which is easy to do with casting numbers. The number is "3782608". This is an internal-bypass-only Chevrolet small block waterpump used from 1961 through 1970. Its Corvette usage was from 1963 to 1970, but it was widely used over the 61-70 period on other small blocks without external bypass. It is a VERY common waterpump.
The one that you mention was produced December 17, 1965 or December 17, 1975 (for SERVICE application).In Appreciation of John Hinckley
