I am lengthening the list of parts MIA on the newly acquired 340. Was changing the oil yesterday and had it up on ramps, so I took a bunch of pics, and noticed a few interesting things. For this post, I noted the left horn is missing. I suppose I can take my chromatic tuner out to the garage and figure out the pitch of the remaining horn, but are the F(low note) and A (high note) horns to be installed on a particular side, or does it matter? Thanks for indulging my sense o' trivia here.

Shouldn't be a need to guess...as the PN of the horn should be embossed into the case and readable if you have patience and use inspector's mirror & flashlight. Also, watch for the 'trick' of replacing original Corvette horn with generic passenger car horns (PN will tell you).- Top
