1974 Detail Photographs

Hello:

Does anyone know of really good photographs of an original or properly restored 1974 showing details of the engine compartment. Some of the wiring routing on my roadster does not look right. I have checked the 1974 Chevrolet Service Manual, Assembly Instruction Manual, and NCRS Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide and several "original" cars and still have questions.

Is there a specific area of the engine compartment that you need to see? I have several pictures of an original 30K mile '74 engine bay that was restored correctly that I could send you, but it may not show to the level of detail you need.

Garry,

I'm in New England so the car is in storage. I'll go down this weekend and check it out so I can be more specific. I know that one problem area is on the drivers side with the alternator wires tied up with other wires running back to the firewall. Also the wiring for the alarm lock is missing or tied off someplace. I'll get back to you. Thanks.

Bill - I have a 1974 Coupe with 454/Auto/AC. The car was last judged three years ago at Top Flight. I do have some great photos of the engine compartment and I'd be happy to take some additional this weekend if you tell me exactly what you want.
