What supplier carries the closes-to-original dash sound deadener and firewall insulation ? Also, the same question for engine compartment seals, such as A-arm mud flaps, lower fan shroud seal and misc. splash shield seals ?

Believe Country Corvettes were original suppliers of repo firewall insulation and the kits i got for my c-1's and c-2 about 15 to 20 years ago came from them and with the exception of their lacking the mfgr logo on the cardboard, they were identical to the originals i removed. BTW the mfgr logo, an M or W within a circle, can be "added" to the repo cardboard. another example of the "strange happenings" that occur in ones shop in the evenings after the beast begins to flow. mike

From a prior thread, I believe that the sources of the insulation have dried up. There were posts of 6-9 mos wait and still no insulation

Good day, two weeks ago I ordered a set of firewall insulation for my 63 from Paragon. I was told that I would receive it in 3 weeks. I have a week to go, I'll let you know if it shows up.

Paragon is usually right on when they give a delivery date. Lotsa luck. Let us know.

The firewall insulation I ordered from Paragon for my 63 on 2/20 arrived today, 3/19. Looks like it's being produced again.
