Plating of Engine Compartment Items

I want to re-plate items in the engine compartment of my '79 L-82. Does anyone know of a sourceof info for, or do you know the plating of; hood support, hood hinges, hood latches and springs, transducer bracket, power unit asmbly for cruise control bracket, alternator belt adjustment guide, spark plug wire heat shields.

Any support will be appreciated.

Three references which I would highly recommend to you are the 1979 NCRS Technical Information Manual, the 73-77 Vette Vues Fact Book by M.F. Dobbins, and the 73-77 Corvette Fact Manual by Peter Licastro. I realize, of course, that your car is a '79, but the two latter references will provide "crossover" information. All of these references are available to NCRS members at a discount from the NCRS office.
