    C1 (1959) Dash End Caps

    The Judging Manual says that '58 and "most" '59 dash end caps were flat stainless steel while "late" '59 and '60 caps were stamped steel wrap-around type caps. My car is what I consider late '59 (serial 8519 - with a June 23rd, 1959 assembly date. When I bought the car in 1970 it had the flat SS plates. Would my car be condsidered late enough to have these or would the stamped steel ones be more appropriate?

      My car (#9573) still had the SS caps and they look very geniun.
