I serched the archives and found were to find instructions to adjust the windows. I also found instructions in the Clinton Repair Manual for my year model(the better one). After long frustrating hours I am not able to get the passanger window adjusted. It seals against the rubber seals everywheres except the top of window at the back. I even trimed the rear post seal, in the back so it would not show, so it would not be as thick. If I close the door from the outside with my hand on the top back corner of the glass it will seal.

Re: Window adjustment 1980
You could go to a local Chevy dealer and ask to view a service manual for C3 Corvette and read or copy the details on window adjustment. You might be impressed enough with the Corvette service manual that you would buy one for your car from the NCRS. Their prices are reasonable for the real service manual for your car.- Top

Re: Window adjustment 1980
I looked in the archives and saw that the NCRS recomended using the instructions in the Build Manual. It stated the Service Manual was not as good. I also bought a Clinton Repair Manual but still can not make the window seal at the top back. I would be happy to purchase a Service Manual if I thought it might help.- Top
