They put a green sticker with a smiley face stating "We're sorry that your article was damaged during processing". I think they just wanted a NCRS Calender of Events for themselves. Maybe we should provide the USPS with spare copies and maybe ours will arrive intact....

Maybe they will improve after they start collecting a nickel for every email sent in America. Yes, that issue is back up for legislation consideration.

Don't tell me that someone has revived that hoax again. There is no bill 602P or Rep. Tony Scnell for that matter. This is a hoax that went around before and apparently someone is getting thir jollies by seeing how many people they can get to bite and start sending e-mails tto all their friends.
