On March 4th, I posted a thread on the above subject. As the parts slowly come in, I'm at a point now of connecting the original, 10ohm, delco speakers. At the end of each speaker wire is a two prong connector plug (horizontal top prong/vertical bottom prong), a small clip is attached to the top of the plug. Out of the back of the radio there are two wiring plugs, a six prong one that goes to the convector, and a three prong one that connects to the speakers. I need some help in determining what I need and where I might locate, the wiring connections that are needed to bring the two indvidual speaker connectors into the one speaker plug exiting the back of the radio.

Re: '74 AM-FM Stereo Radio/Speaker Wiring
Ray Their was a wiring harness with one end to plug into the radio and two ends to connect the speakers originaly. Most of them are cut up at swap meets as owners changed radios or speakers that had different ends. I have a mix of thease parts but know of no source of a complete set up.The clip on the speaker plug was to secure the wires. The speaker is one place I have seen them attached. LyleLyle

Re: '74 AM-FM Stereo Radio/Speaker Wiring
I made an inquiry today with Lectric Limited. They stock a Y-type speaker wiring harness that plugs into the back of the radio, with separate connector plugs for each speaker.- Top
