So far, Long Island is the only supplier I have found that offers big block coil springs made to original specs, the number of coils, free height, etc. Has anyone installed them by chance, or know of another supplier that offers coils made as the originals? (I've checked corvette central, paragon, eaton spring)

Re: '66 BB ORIGINAL STYLE COIL SPRINGS
I purchased a set of front springs for my 67 BB non-air from Volunteer Vettes part #SU12C.
I've installed them but do not have full weight on them yet so I don't know the final stance of the car. They were the same number of coils, same wire diameter and same height on the bench as my original springs.- Top

Re: '66 BB ORIGINAL STYLE COIL SPRINGS
Bill, Did the springs you purchase from LI appear to match the originals or were they the repos with thicker material and fewer coils? Rob's concern is a major one for me after seeing many spring replacement jobs resulting in the car riding anywhere from two to four inches too high.- Top

Re: '66 BB ORIGINAL STYLE COIL SPRINGS
Rob, Call Coil Spring Specialties 785-437-2025 They make coil springs to factory specs. I have received four sets from these people and they are exact. As an example a 74 BB AC convertible and a 67 BB AC convertible and a 63 base engine coupe. Takes a week or so and about $140. Scott- Top
