corvette rally wheel date code brian i have a complete set of g m corvette rally wheels including trim rings and center caps i am going to put them in hemmings for sale but before i do i would like to know what the date code stamped on the wheels represents the wheels have x and jk and stamped on them anybody have an idea what these would be worth thank you

re corvette rally wheel date code pete lindahl the price will be dictated by a number of factors including condition and originality it's not clear from you posting as to the condition and vintage of the trim rings and center caps if the number you refer to is on the outside of the wheel where the center cap goes or on the inside center of the wheel it will be an indication of the wheel's vintage if the number is stamped on the inside of the center of the wheel it would be a month oct date code the month code is usually accompanied by a year designation e g or stamped in the same general location if the numbers are located where the center cap goes it is a later vintage wheel typically of an over the counter replacement or a later camaro wheel pete
