    c3 bumper and sportsman judging

I bought my C3 last year, before gettting into the vette "culture" and did not realize the bumper cover is a later model (no split). I am curious if I should even go to any judged events with the car if the cover will "disqualify" me, yes I could change it but it has a custom pearl paint job too. So am I out of luck with the sportsman class?
    Thank You

John, the Sportsman class is open to any Corvette so long as the body has not been modified so that it doesn't resemble a Corvette. There is no judging of these cars; they are parked for display and receive a nice ribbon. In Flight judging, the car would lose all points allotted for paint. I do not judge '74s, so I will let someone else address how much the bumper would lose.
