Need to get my rear bumpers on a 1970 re-chromed. Anyone had good experiences near or around Raleigh, North Carolina? Thanks

Re: Re-Chroming- Raleigh, North Carolina
Not around Raleigh, but I have used Lemon Grove Platinging in National City California with great results. Another plater that some people are having good results with is... Abrebaservices, Mr. Rick Applegate, 291 Ferndrive, Jackson, TN 38305 731-422-0567.
Sending the bumper to California is a week out and back and about 4 to 6 week wait so you could be without it for 8 weeks.

Had a lot of small items done by Abreba Services. Did a great job and a very reasonable turn-a-round. Recommend Librandi's in Middletown, Pa. for bumpers. 717-944-9442. Know a friend who just took his there and I believe he told me 6-8 week turn around because it was winter. Getting into warmer weather schedule will lessen.- Top

I am sure that Abreba is good, Lemon Grove does excellent plating, Tri State Plating in Elizabethton TN does decent commercial plating. I not aware of any platers in your area. Thanks to the heavy metals and toxic waste, most shops have gone out of businessDick Whittington- Top
