Horn relay on C4

Can anyone tell me for sure where the horn relay is on an 85? The Chevrolet service manual refers to section 8A for location of the convenience panel, but my manual skips from section 7 to section 8B. The Haynes service manual shows it located behind the message center display above the radio, and it appears you need to remove the message center to get at it. My local auto parts suppier, who sold me the part, insists it is behind the kick panel on the passenger's side. Any advice from anyone who has changed one of these would be greatly appreciated. Looks to be in the center of the dash in a small electrical center. To the right of the column. There may be an access panel to reach it. look under the drivers side of the dash.
