    C2 Window Post Channel Removal

I've been enjoying today's threads, but I need to get back to disassembling my car. Here's my question:

I'm sending my door posts out for rechroming and have removed them from my '66 convertible. While separating the channel from the post I found the connecting screw at the top of the post, but I cannot not figure out how the channel is connected to the bottom of the post.

Is it clipped? Or is there a screw under the felt somewhere? I could not find an illustration in my references.

There are 2 screws going from the channel into the bottom post on the vent frame. The felt channel is rivited to the main frame. Drill out the 3 rivits ( replacements are avainable from the usual vendors) the felt channel will come out and you will see the 2 screws.
